1. Tuition Fees and Payment Guidelines
- Nature of Tuition Fees: All tuition fees paid are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Timely Payment (Important): All tuition fees must be paid before the course begins.
- Late Payment Surcharge: Students who pay their tuition fees after classes have started will be charged the full standard fee (without any early registration or renewal discounts). Apply Go also reserves the right to charge an additional administrative fee. If payment is excessively delayed, Apply Go reserves the right to cancel the student's enrolment at any time.
- Payment Methods: After completing the payment, please send a payment confirmation screenshot to the designated WhatsApp account.

2. Leave, Absence, and Make-up Class Arrangements
- Situations Where Make-up Classes Will Not Be Provided: Students who arrive late, miss a class, or fail to notify the school of their leave before the class begins will not be eligible for a make-up class. Tuition fees for the missed lesson will not be refunded.
- Special Leave Arrangements: If the school, teacher, or student completes the leave notification procedure before the class begins, a make-up class will be arranged.
- Severe Weather Arrangements: If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued within two hours before the class begins or remains in effect:
In-person classes on that day will be cancelled.
Apply Go will arrange online classes or reschedule the lesson for a make-up session, depending on the circumstances.
3. Terms for Physical Products (Go Equipment and Related Merchandise)
- No Returns or Exchanges After Collection: All physical products purchased from Apply Go (including Go stones, Go boards, stone containers, and related merchandise) are strictly non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable once they have been collected or delivered, regardless of the reason.
- Product Inspection: Please inspect all items upon collection. Any significant defects must be reported immediately. Apply Go will not be responsible for any damage reported after the customer has left the premises.
4. Holiday Arrangements
- Institute Holidays: Apply Go only closes during the first to the fourth day of the Lunar New Year.
- Public Holidays: All other public holidays (including Christmas, the Mid-Autumn Festival, Easter, and others) will follow the normal class schedule.
5. Communication and Contact
Official Communication Channel: All daily communication, leave applications, submission of payment screenshots, and enquiries regarding students' learning progress must be conducted through WhatsApp at 66396025 for official record-keeping purposes.
6. Amendments to the Terms and Final Decision Rights
- Amendments to the Terms: Apply Go reserves the right to revise these guidelines at any time without prior notice.
- Student Responsibilities: Students and parents are responsible for reviewing these guidelines before each enrolment period. Registration for any course will be regarded as acceptance of any amendments and an agreement to comply with all applicable regulations.
- Final Decision Rights: In the event of any dispute, Apply Go reserves the right to make the final decision and provide the final interpretation of these terms.
